The Magnetic offers a 360 ° offer with a 4-star hotel AIDEN by Best Western @ Clermont-Ferrand of  85 rooms, 4 seminar rooms and a fitness area. It also has a Le Magnetic bar & restaurant, a coworking space, as well as a Pop Up Store offering local designer products. This resolutely modern and contemporary establishment is anchored in the heart of the city of Clermont-Ferrand where authenticity, dynamism and well-being forge a unique character. 

YOU ARE THE ACCOMMODATION MANAGER 

IDEAL  FOR THIS HOTEL ? 

Under the direction of the director of the establishment, your missions will be as follows:

    Ensure respect for the values of the hotel and its brand image

    Compliance with standards related to the establishment's brand
    Provide each customer with a personalized and warm welcome to develop loyalty
    Contribute, through all of these tasks, to the well-being of the client during his stay 
    Manage, supervise and motivate a team of about 6 collaborators to offer a quality service
    Manage work schedules while respecting the legislation
    Manage the floor service (internal or external) and guarantee the quality of our rooms 
    Ensure the perfect operational management of our rooms and seminar room in collaboration with the sales department
    Optimize income management in connection with the base camp
    Be responsible for the quality of our services and services 
    Pilot the  e-reputation and implement corrective actions if necessary
    Contribute to the development of turnover and occupancy rate
    Optimize and implement sales techniques in order to contribute to the development of other services
    Ensure good management and monitoring of customer satisfaction
    Guarantee the application and respect of legislation (standards, social, etc.)

The position implies an excellent presentation, rigor, autonomy, sense of organization and a taste for challenge. Recognized for your leadership and your sense of detail, you know how to supervise a team. You are a contact person and in the field, endowed with excellent customer relations and a certain commercial flair. A true manager, you have solid knowledge in management and reporting.
