A SET OF VALUES

The Sogepar group is a company  close-knit family  and 100% independent. In 1978, Hugues GIROUD joined forces with his 2 brothers, Bruno and Claude. Together, they invest in the hotel industry.  And it works !

Today, the group owns 26 hotels but has retained its  Family DNA  with the appointment in 2011 of Loïc GIROUD as Chief Executive Officer.

Concern for quality and the customer are an integral part of the group's strategy. More than a stay, Sogepar wishes to offer an experience to each customer through a welcome   professional and friendly.

For this, the hotels have all been recently renovated and have been designed as an extension of the comfort of the home, creating a real  "places of life" .

At Sogepar, values are a matter of principle!  

Family spirit, professional passion and challenge are the key words that characterize the group's philosophy.

These values take it all  their meaning  thanks to relationship management  and the human quality of our teams.

Our hotels

Our hotels benefit from an ideal geographical location , close to the various motorway axes as well as public transport (airports, trains, RER, etc ...) and city centers. 

They will be the ideal partners for your tourist trips or your business trips, when you go on vacation or during your business trips.

We have 27 hotels in France of different brands : Campanile, Kyriad, Première Classe, B&B, Aiden by Best Western, Novotel and an independent hotel Le 209 Paris Bercy, ranging from 2 to 4 stars.

Development

Today, the group offers itself new perspectives by selling the walls of some of its hotels and  developing renovation or construction projects preferably located in the city center. Sogepar nevertheless retains the management of the establishments for the new owners.

You can trust us when it comes to hotel management  of which we have been experts since 1978.  

the  hotel market  in France is secure and stable. According to the OTM, France remains the number one tourist destination  worldwide with 83.7 million arrivals in 2014. Investment in the hotel industry  is therefore a real opportunity. 

An ambition encouraged

Specific to the SOGEPAR group, the Cursus Talents training course supports high- potential employees for 1 year and enables them to develop within the group. During  this  training, many subjects are covered: management, time management, catering, recruitment, ... a  exam  final validates the skills acquired.
