The Sogepar group is a company close-knit family and 100% independent. In 1978, Hugues GIROUD joined forces with his 2 brothers, Bruno and Claude. Together, they invest in the hotel industry. And it works !
Today, the group owns 26 hotels but has retained its Family DNA with the appointment in 2011 of Loïc GIROUD as Chief Executive Officer.
Concern for quality and the customer are an integral part of the group's strategy. More than a stay, Sogepar wishes to offer an experience to each customer through a welcome professional and friendly.
For this, the hotels have all been recently renovated and have been designed as an extension of the comfort of the home, creating a real "places of life" .

Today, the group offers itself new perspectives by selling the walls of some of its hotels and developing renovation or construction projects preferably located in the city center. Sogepar nevertheless retains the management of the establishments for the new owners.

An ambition encouraged
Specific to the SOGEPAR group, the Cursus Talents training course supports high- potential employees for 1 year and enables them to develop within the group. During this training, many subjects are covered: management, time management, catering, recruitment, ... a exam final validates the skills acquired.
